Taylor’s practice focuses on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemical and mechanical devices. He also practices trademark and copyright law.
Mr. Kolb has substantial experience litigating patents and trademarks as well as complex commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Kolb received his J.D., from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, he was an Executive Articles Editor of the Chicago-Kent Intellectual Property Law Journal and a board member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Mr. Kolb was also a member of the Intellectual Property Clinic where he provided advice to entrepreneurs regarding their patent, copyright or trademark issues.
