Our drafting and procurement team is composed of seasoned attorneys, most of whom hold advanced degrees in a wide range of technologies and have academic or industry experience. We have significant experience in drafting and modifying claims to cover important commercial embodiments of our clients and their competitors and to avoid facile design-arounds.
